The release date is the day after Madonna's Grammy performance. Hopefully that will give sales of the song and remixes an extra push to finally debut on the Hot 100 the following week!

I'm so happy that she included Wash All Over Me, HeartBreakCity and Inside Out, which were my 3 favorite demos! A little disappointed that she left out Beautiful Scars. I could have done without Holy Water and S.E.X. Hopefully she completely re-worked both of them. There are rumors that the standard edition will have 14 tracks and that there will be a 25-track box set edition! Could it be true??

COUNTDOWN TO HISTORY?: Speaking of Dance Club Songs, Madonna explodes onto the chart at No. 32 with "Living for Love." The lead single from her forthcoming album Rebel Heart (due March 10) marks her first chart appearance since "Turn Up the Radio" became her record-extending 43rd No. 1 in September 2012. If "Living" eventually latches onto No. 1, Madonna will equal one of the most vaunted milestones in Billboard chart history: the Queen of Pop will tie the King of Country, George Strait, for the most No. 1s by any act on a single Billboard chart. Strait boasts 44 No. 1s on Hot Country Songs.

Remixes of "Living" from Djemba Djemba, Offer Nissim, Dirty Pop, Thrill and Mike Rizzo have been sent out to club DJs.

Chart Preview: Dance Club Songs Chart (Week of 1/24/2015)

The Queen of the Dance Clubs lands in at an impressive #32 Hot Shot Debut on next week's Dance Club Songs chart (Billboard Issue dated January 24, 2015) with "Living For Love", the first single from her much anticipated album, Rebel Heart! This impressive debut was based on the strength of the album version alone without the support of any remixes. Madonna's songs usually debut on this chart after the remixes have been serviced to clubs. This is definitely a good sign so cross your fingers for that 44th #1 Club hit!

"Living For Love" First Remix / Radio Add Date

The first remix of "Living For Love" (the Djemba Djemba Club Mix) has been serviced to clubs this week. The track has debuted on the Club Play Breakouts chart at a promising #1 this week, and is expected to debut on next week's official Club Play chart dated January 24th (which should be released by tomorrow). Rumor has it that Madonna is currently selecting the rest of the versions that will make up the "Living For Love" remix package.

Also, according to Billboard's Gary Trust, the radio add date for "Living For Love" is February 10th, two days after the Grammy Awards (on which Madonna could possibly be a performer) and one day after Madonna releases more of the Rebel Heart tracks on iTunes. Of course, the radio add date is just a formality. Radio stations could play the song now if they want. So far, radio has yet to warm up to the track. What it needs now is a push from Madonna herself. A Grammy awards performance would definitely be good exposure!
